Claims Carbon is the first insurance focused climate tech startup helping insurers reach net-zero in their entire value chain.

Our software stack calculates the size of the climate challenge and opportunity in the ecosystem of an insurance company. Moreover, it helps in target setting and follow up of GHG emission reductions and provides key data for net-zero insurance product development.

At Claims Carbon, change is a constant. We continuously evolve as we adapt and develop new products and services to accelerate climate action in the insurance industry.

Highlights of the opportunity

You will be part of a rapidly growing international company and team. You’ll work closely with the other teams at Claims Carbon and be instrumental in shaping the strategy and future of the company as the first hire beyond the Founder team. Highlights include:

• Key part of the leadership scaling up Claims Carbon in its important journey to decarbonize the insurance industry.
• Deliver our product and services to local and large global insurers helping them reach net-zero.
• Work with a diverse team from different nationalities and backgrounds.
  Work closely with the Founders, Board and rest of the C-suite of Claims Carbon.

What we want you to do

This is a role with a broad set of responsibilities focusing on fulfillment to customersYour responsibilities include:

• Build and lead the Customer Success Team.
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations and long-term business relationships with our local and global customers.
• Onboard customers, implement and promote adoption of our products and services.
• Support Sales in customer acquisitions.
• Support the Product team with customer feedback, as you will be the link between customers and Claims Carbon.
• Be a constant advocate for your customers, looking out for them in every step of the way and help them succeed.

Who you are

You are a top performer with an outstanding track-record from e.g. a top tier strategic consultancy firm, with a strong interest in impact. Also, you tick by the risk/reward opportunity of being early on in this adventure. You're a "people person" with empathy, who likes to listen and get to a deep understanding of customers' needs and expectations.

• You have a proven track record with C-suite conversations and advisory to large global firms, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Preferably you have experience with B2B SaaS deliveries and an interest in corporate sustainability solutions.
• Have documented project leadership experience and skills working with large corporations.
• You can communicate with people across cultures, both internally and externally with clients and the market.
• You're comfortable in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment.
• You are fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
• You have a passion for customer success and service mentality.
• You're curious, i.e. like to get to the bottom of feature requests and build an understanding of the global market.
